At NSCC (North Shore Childcare Centre), we believe strong partnerships with families are built on good communication. Child development happens quickly. When families and caregivers communicate and share what is observed and experienced, it creates opportunities to better understand and support developmental growth. Sharing information with families about their children and their development is therefore of utmost importance to us.
At NSCC we record and communicate learning as it happens by sharing photos, videos, audios, observations and routines within a secure online environment. Our parent app allows families to have real-time access to children’s data and allows to provide feedback, which enables educators to plan in ways that extend children’s unique interests and abilities.
